Questions

MEP works: common questions

Something else you’d like to know? Call or WhatsApp us and we’ll answer it for your home.

What does an MEP contractor do?

MEP covers the mechanical (heating, cooling, ventilation), electrical and plumbing systems of a building. An MEP contractor designs and installs them as one coordinated package, so pipes, ducts and cables fit together without clashes on site.

Why use one team for heating, plumbing and electrical work?

One team means one point of responsibility and no gaps between trades. It is how we have worked since 2010: one team from design and supply through installation and maintenance.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Homes and villas, hotels and industrial buildings, across Egypt.

When should we involve an MEP contractor?

As early as possible, ideally at the design stage, so pipe routes, plant rooms and power supplies are planned before construction rather than worked around afterwards.
