Central Heating
Central Heating Installation
Central heating is the heart of a comfortable home or workplace. We design radiator, underfloor and heat-pump systems for even heat, low running costs and lasting reliability.
About central heating
Whether it is a new installation or an upgrade, we pair the right boiler or heat pump with smart thermostats and zoning, so every room is exactly as warm as you want it, and no energy is wasted on the rooms you don’t use.
What you gain
- Even heat distribution
- Energy-efficient by design
- Quiet, invisible operation
- Long-term reliability
What we deliver
Central heating, engineered end to end.
Every project is handled by our own team, from the first survey to long-term care.
-
Residential & commercial systems
Complete heating for homes, villas, offices and large commercial buildings.
-
Heat load survey
Room by room, so the plant and the emitters are sized on numbers.
-
Choosing the emitters
Radiators, underfloor or a mix of both, decided per room and per finish.
-
Pipework & distribution
Routes, manifolds and pump sizing drawn before anything is built in.
-
Zoning & controls
Multi-zone control, so you heat only the rooms you actually use.
-
Commissioning & balancing
The system set up and balanced before handover, not left to settle itself.
System types
- Radiators
- Underfloor heating
- Boilers
- Heat pumps
- Smart thermostats
Where we deliver central heating
- Homes & villas

- Commercial buildings
Before we design
Central heating: what we look at first
No two homes need the same answer, which is why every project starts with a site survey.

Equipment against factory defects; installation work for 2 years. Full warranty terms
- The heat each room loses: its size, ceiling height, glazing, outside walls and insulation.
- How the home is used: who is home during the day, and which rooms are used in the evening.
- The fuel available: natural gas, electricity only, or both.
- Whether it is a new build or a lived-in home, which decides where pipes can run.
- Radiators, underfloor heating or a mix, chosen room by room and finish by finish.
- How many zones and thermostats, so unused rooms aren’t heated.
How it runs
Central heating, from survey to aftercare
-
Survey
We visit the site, learn how the space is used and assess the existing infrastructure.
-
Design
Our engineers size and design the system, then select the right equipment from trusted brands.
-
Install
Our own technicians install cleanly and test every component before handover.
-
Care
Our maintenance and after-sales team keeps your system running efficiently, year after year.
We work across Egypt, including New Cairo and the 5th Settlement, Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, Alexandria and the North Coast. Areas we serve
Questions
Central heating: common questions

Read the guide Heating a home with no gas supply: your options Read the guide Towel warmers: electric, hot-water or dual-fuel? Read the guide Radiator cost: what decides the price of radiators and installation Read the guide Boiler cost: what decides the price of a new or replacement boilerWhich is better, radiators or underfloor heating?
Neither is better everywhere. Underfloor heating spreads gentle, even warmth and leaves the walls clear, and suits new builds and full renovations. Radiators warm up faster and are easier to add to a finished home. Many villas use both. The right mix depends on how you use each room, so we recommend a site visit before deciding.
Can central heating be installed in a finished home?
Yes. Radiators are usually the least disruptive route, because the pipework can often be run without lifting the floors. Underfloor heating normally means taking the floor up. At the site visit we look at your floors, walls and pipe routes and tell you what each option would involve.
Should the boiler run on gas or electricity?
It depends mainly on whether the home has a natural gas connection, how large it is and how you plan to use the heating. Gas boilers need a flue and proper ventilation; electric boilers need a suitable power supply. A heat pump is a third option. We compare them for your home at the assessment.
Can each room be controlled separately?
Yes. With room thermostats and zone valves, or manifold actuators for underfloor heating, each room or floor can have its own temperature and schedule. Smart thermostats add control from your phone.
How much does central heating cost in Egypt?
There is no fair price per square metre, because the cost follows each home: how much heat its rooms lose, radiators or underfloor heating, a gas boiler, electric boiler or heat pump, how many zones and thermostats, and whether the home is being built or is already finished. After a site survey we give you a written, itemised quote, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
