Areas we serve
Central Heating in Alexandria
Alexandria’s winters are wetter and damper than Cairo’s, and the cold there gets into walls and bedding. We have already completed projects in the city, and we design each system around the home, the way it is used and the sea air.
Homes here, and what suits them
Damp air makes a room feel colder than the thermometer says. Steady, gentle heat through the evening keeps rooms comfortable and helps walls, furniture and bedding stay dry, so the system is sized to run that way rather than in short blasts.
Many Alexandria homes are apartments in older buildings with high ceilings and original floors. Radiators sized for each room’s volume heat them without lifting the floor. In newer compounds and villas on the edges of the city, underfloor heating can be planned before finishing.
Near the sea, salt air is hard on metal, so anything installed on a balcony or roof, such as heat-pump units or water tanks, is chosen and positioned with that in mind.
What we usually suggest here

Book a site survey
We visit, measure and look at how you use each room, then design the system and give you a clear proposal. One team handles it from design and supply through installation and maintenance, as we have since 2010.
